Crohn's Disease

Today I want to write about an auto-immune called Crohn's. It seems more people are diagnosed with Crohn's disease than ever before.  There can be a lot of pain and discomfort with this illness. Essential oils can help with the pain and discomfort. As will most illness and oils, there is a protocol.  Not all oils work the same way for all people and not all protocols work for everyone.  It's up to you to listen to your body and with the help of an expert, find what works for you.  The following are a few suggestions to use essential oil(s) for the discomfort of Crohn's disease.
